Terms of Use

By creating an account or using Life Admin (“the app”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use the app.

Life Admin is a personal assistant application that helps you organise and manage documents, bills, home maintenance, family events, health and medication tracking, shopping, pantry inventory, travel, finances, pets, and caregiver responsibilities. The app is provided on a subscription basis with a free trial period, after which a paid subscription is required to continue using premium features.

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. By registering, you represent that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account. You are responsible for the accuracy of all data you enter into the app.

You agree not to:

• Use the app for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law.
• Upload content that is illegal, harmful, or infringes on the rights of others.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the app’s systems or another user’s data.
• Interfere with or disrupt the app’s servers, security, or functionality.
• Use the app to store or transmit malware, spam, or malicious code.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the app’s source code.

Life Admin offers monthly and annual subscription plans. A free trial may be available for new users. By starting a subscription, you authorise us to charge the applicable subscription fee through Stripe, our payment provider.

• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.
• You can cancel your subscription at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period.
• Refunds are handled in accordance with applicable law and our refund policy.
• We may change subscription fees with reasonable advance notice.

The app uses AI models to provide features such as receipt scanning, price-tag recognition, smart shopping suggestions, and currency conversion. AI-generated results may not always be accurate. You are responsible for verifying AI-assisted outputs before relying on them for important decisions. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of AI-generated content.

The app’s health, medication, and cycle tracking features are provided for personal organisational purposes only. They are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek the advice of a qualified health provider with any questions about a medical condition or medication. Never disregard professional medical advice because of something you have read or tracked in this app.

You retain ownership of the content you create and upload to the app. By using the app, you grant us a limited licence to process your content solely to provide and improve the service. You are solely responsible for your content and for ensuring you have the right to upload and store it.

The app, including its design, features, and underlying software, is owned by Base44 and is protected by intellectual property laws. These terms do not grant you any right to use the app’s branding, trademarks, or proprietary technology except as necessary to use the service.

The app is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that any feature will meet your specific requirements. Your use of the app is at your own risk.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Base44 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, arising from your use of or inability to use the app. Our total liability for any claim arising from the app shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms, if your account is inactive for an extended period, or if we discontinue the service. Upon termination, your right to use the app ceases, and your data will be deleted in accordance with our retention policy.

We may revise these Terms of Use from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes within the app or by other means. Continued use of the app after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws applicable in your jurisdiction, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
